Cooking Recipe
The plum itself is rich in minerals such as calcium, sodium, phosphorus,

Plum recipe
lum chicken cooking method
Ingredients:
A fresh chicken [dice], about 3 tael of ginger flakes, two teaspoons of sesame oil, half a cup of rice wine, plum chicken conditioning pack, salt, a little sugar
Recipe:

Steamed ribs with plum
Recipe:
300g of ribs, 2-3 smoked plums, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic, red pepper, shallot grains, starch, Shaoxing rice wine
Recipe:
1. Wash the rib, dry and cut into pieces, add a little white powder and Shaoxing wine and mix well.
2. Wash the sour plum, remove and smash the kernel, add garlic, soy sauce and seasoning to form a mixture.
3. Add the mixture to the rib and mix well. Steam for 10 minutes on high heat. Sprinkle the red pepper and shallots on the rib and steam for another minute.

Plum Sushi
Ingredients:
